Viterra’s plan to upgrade its Moose Jaw grain terminal moving forward

Viterra is planning to make an $18-million upgrade to its Moose Jaw facility. Moose Jaw City Council approved Viterra’s discretionary use application, according to minutes from the March 27th meeting.
