CN and CPKC Rail supplied a combined 79% of hopper cars ordered in grain week 10, a slight deterioration from the 80% order fulfillment performance seen in week 9. 

In supplying 85% of cars ordered by shippers in week 10, CN performance saw a slight improvement from the 79% order fulfillment performance seen the prior week. 

CN performance remains below the 90% performance threshold for a twelfth straight week. 

CPKC performance saw notable decline, with the railway supplying 74% of shipper orders in week 10 as compared to 81% the prior week. 

CPKC performance remains below the 90% performance threshold for a tenth straight week.
